ARCHIMOVE dispatches dedicated photographers to the scene, enabling high-quality photo and video shoots. These materials are classified and corrected individually for each player through ArkMove's automatic labeling system, allowing organizers and athletes to quickly view the photos and videos.

1. Scope of Agreement
This agreement governs the collaboration between [Photographer] (hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer") and [ARCHIMOVE] (hereinafter referred to as "ARCHIMOVE"). The Photographer agrees to provide photographs through ARCHIMOVE, and ARCHIMOVE agrees to manage and sell them.

2. Rights and Responsibilities
The Photographer retains ownership and copyright of all photographs submitted to ARCHIMOVE. The Photographer warrants that the submitted photographs do not infringe upon the rights of third parties. ARCHIMOVE is responsible for appropriately managing the submitted photographs and carrying out all procedures and obligations related to sales.

3. Fees and Payment
ARCHIMOVE will provide the Photographer with a certain percentage of the revenue generated from the sale of photographs. This percentage will be determined by ARCHIMOVE's policy. ARCHIMOVE shall make payments to the Photographer regularly or upon request.

4. Copyright
The Photographer holds all copyrights to the submitted photographs, and ARCHIMOVE may not modify, sell, or use the photographs for commercial purposes without the Photographer's consent.

5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement without prior notice. The rights and responsibilities regarding previously submitted photographs shall remain in effect after termination.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose or share each other's confidential information with third parties and shall continue to comply with this obligation after the termination of the contract.

7. Amendment of Terms
ARCHIMOVE reserves the right to amend this agreement, and any changes will be effective after prior notice.
This agreement is effective from [Date of Agreement] and shall be evidenced by the electronic signatures of both parties.

Freelance Photographer and ARCHIMOVE Contract Agreement

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of photography and videography services by [ARCHIMOVE] (hereinafter referred to as "Photographer") .

2. Rights and Responsibilities
ARCHIMOVE shall capture photographs and videos with reasonable skill and care, within the scope agreed upon with the event organizer. ARCHIMOVE shall respect the image and privacy of individuals being photographed.

3. Copyright Protection
ARCHIMOVE retains all copyrights to the photographs and videos captured. Individuals photographed may not modify, sell, or commercially use the photographs without the Photographer's consent.

4. Copyright Notice
All use of photographs must include ARCHIMOVE's copyright notice. Removing or altering the copyright notice (watermark) is prohibited.

5. Privacy Protection
ARCHIMOVE will use the personal information of individuals photographed solely for the purpose of photography and will not disclose it to third parties.

6. Fees and Compensation

ARCHIMOVE provides photography and videography services at rates based on the quantity of images, as detailed on its website.

7. Refund Policy
1) Digital Product Nature: The photographs provided are digital products. Once downloaded, they are non-refundable. This is due to the nature of the product, where copyright is retained even after download.
2) Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not available, even if only a portion of the product is used or downloaded.
3) Prevention of Malicious Use: Refund requests made with malicious intent may be denied.
4) Legal Limitations: Refunds are provided exclusive of any costs for which the user is responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Data Retention Period
1) Download Validity Period: Image files are available for download for three (3) months from the date of purchase. After this period, downloads will be unavailable, and customers will not be able to re-download the image files.
2) Extension of Period and Exceptions: Exceptions to extend the download period may be made under certain circumstances. For example, if a customer is unable to download image files due to technical issues or service disruptions, they may contact our support team for assistance.
3) Handling After Expiration: Once the download period expires, re-downloading image files or requesting refunds will not be possible. Therefore, customers are advised to download all necessary image files before the download period expires.
4) Information Disclosure: This download period policy will be clearly displayed to customers through on-site notices or during the purchase process. Customers should carefully review and understand this policy before making a purchase.

9. AI Facial Recognition System
1) ARCHIMOVE utilizes an AI facial recognition system to categorize photos. Individual photo categorization services are not provided.
2) There is a small possibility that photos of similar-looking individuals may be included in the results. If using photos of others, you must obtain prior written consent from the copyright holder or the individual with the right of publicity. The right of publicity protects an individual's face and personality. Unauthorized use of another person's photo may be considered a violation of their right of publicity.
3) The number of photos/videos returned by the AI facial recognition search system may vary depending on lighting conditions, facial features, shooting angles, and other external factors.

10. Modification of Terms
ARCHIMOVE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be effective immediately and will be posted on this website.

11. Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions may be amended at the Photographer's discretion without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of [Date of Agreement] and are evidenced by the electronic signatures of both parties.
